exactly my reaction when I found out I could actually update. I almost forgot what it feels like to blog.. baby thanks for reminding me. :) You too, lynn!
Just realised I've been blogging once a month for this year, up till May and stopped ever since. If you're wondering, we're two months away from our one year anniversary :)
Life has been great, pretty routine-ish - but always awesome. Abby and I have been seeing each other once a month, on an average la. We've been places, seen faces, but we can't beat time - when it races looollowthrhyme some rhyme.
But yeah, we're a lot lot lot lottttttt stronger now. :) He's with us all the way.
It has been an awesome 10 months and I can't wait till we see each other again.. 12 more days. :)
It wasn't easy la.. n I know this isn't anything special but because of you this, and many other things in my life were made possible. This is for you :) I love you.

#4. That's four accidents in 2 years.
Well they're still considered accidents cuz they occurred by accident which happens to be my negligence when using the car.
Argh it really sucks to clean up this mess. Still having a bit of trouble to sink this awareness into my head.. trying to engrave it so I'll never screw up again..
For those of you wondering - I'm a pretty safe driver, but I have once in a blue moon subliminal loss of consciousness syndrome.
Well, thank God I've never got anyone injured in those accidents and thank God for cushioning the screwing - more importantly, thanks for resolving it in, probably the best manner yet.

faith
Yay finally done with product training... though honestly I still don't know most of the products well enough as the back of my hand... but yeah just thought I'd give a shout out to our awesome trainer, Tracy! Will post the pictures soon (hopefully). Anyways, it was a really great learning experience going through product training. I would say it wasn't just about knowing the products.. there were other subjects to focus on i.e. compliance tests.. verification.. and customer care..
Yet I learned a really important thing. Okay I'll keep this one short, I promise. Last Wednesday, I wasn't feeling too well. Could've been something I ate, could've been the late nights and endless syllabus of products to learn up, could've been the food... just could've been anything that caused my sore throat. Yes it's sore throat again =.= those who know me well enough should know.. So back from Technology Park Malaysia, where training was held, I reached home with a really bad (like headache+almost flu+ sore throat) sore throat.
Here's the highlights. Was driving home with Jack in the front passenger seat and thank God for the CD he brought, by Pastor Joseph Prince of NCC (New Creation Church, Singapore), it was a topic on Health and Wealth. Driving home with the jam in front of your eyes and the endless aching in your head with the sore throat building up.. I was seriously about to blow up (obviously I didn't).
So listen.. listen.. listen.. then Ps Prince was talking about communion and the power of it.. obviously I knew what communion was.. a ritual la! He compared the roasted lamb eaten on the night of the passover with what Jesus gave his disciples during the last supper. And the next day, of all the diseased, weary and burdened Jews who having been serving the Egyptians for 400 years without a single pay who ate the lamb, none were feeble. NONE!
I dropped Jack off home.. and as I was making my way home, Ps Prince's message was done, and it was the audio recording of the holy communion. I prayed and just took a step of faith. As though I was part of the congregation.. and as Ps Prince was saying "You can't take communion if you're not a believer, because it is through faith believing in what Christ has done for us on the cross that makes this not just any ordinary bread and wine." I didn't have food with me.. I made my own representations of bread and wine.. and just allow the Holy Spirit to lead through communion..
The anointing and the peace was just verbally indescribable... usually I'd have bad headaches as in reALLLLY bad kind of headaches when I get sore throat, flu and almost-fever diseases.. but decided to just rely on what I heard from the CD.. give it a shot and went to sleep.
Next day I tell you.. seriously.. I really give all the glory to God for His healing powers.. it's the first time in my life i ever felt so good after the 1st day of sore throat! I wasn't 100% healed, but it definitely felt like I wasn't even sick in the first place! I mean if you got the sore throat today, tomorrow is sure to be a living madness! Flu and fever sure kick in one don't lie to me k! Unless your sore throat not severe like minela.. anyways.. kind of my testimony about the power of the Word of God, faith and communion..

Jack, thanks a lot for the CD. May this be just a few wonderful things Jesus does in our lives that constantly reminds us to find joy in him and the Word =D God bless!

This is an image response to 'Salivation without..'
Finally. Time. Yes sorry this has been delayed. This a response to you 'Salivation without the first i'!! Anyhow, this i shall try to record this one using a new technique - the photographic voice. Cheezlangkawishuffle day 2 AND 3!
Was still at langkawi mall.. getting ready to leave the parking lot..
Ok enough. Behtahan adi. Went to get some snooze. Day 3. we went separate ways. Uncle Yani, Auntie Kwi Ching, Timmy and Priscilla spent their WHOLE morning at the pool. Instead, we went to this cultural village.. which was right outside the hotel, which we did not notice till our last day of stay at Berjaya. Wow =) How observant! Oh to DU people out there, I met Wei Hsuen at Langkawi! Sadly didn't cross my mind to snap photos with him.. he was about to leave when we arrived at some roadside warong anyway.. Dined at some random Jap restaurant instead..
Upon returning to the suites, packing was in progress and eventually it was goodbye langkawi. But this trip is not complete till..

Salivation without the i. The first i.
WARNING: Not for the straightforwarded and feint-hearted ones. Excessively lenghty blog post ahead. May contain boredom pheromones. Continue scrolling at your own risk. What a way to welcome the james-bond-duality year (two-double-OH-seven) with a bird's eye view of the fireworks, abandoned apartments style. For pictures of the magnificent display, please visit Encik Jomi's website (shucks free advertising again. sigh.). Anyways, it has been really two months of labour and toil.. as along with the other fellow A-Levels people of HELP, i have endured, experienced and finally enjoyed after all of it. I guess the taste of freedom can be related to blogging. You spend like ages working on ONE post (cuz I doubt everyone updates everyday), and the satisfaction is just awesome. Tastes just as good as Klang Bak Kut Teh except better =)
Anyways, this is long overdue. It must be the current trend I guess, Jomi's ineedtostopoverduebloggingsyndrome. Here you go! Cheezlangkawishuffle!
CheezLangkawiShuffle - Day 1
Mm. Flight time was sometime in the afternoon. Bloody delayed it with another hour of patience. Gah.
My relatives from Kenyang (HUNGaRY) XP Laugh la.. even though not funny. Anyway, left to right : Uncle John, Auntie Kwi Ching, Priscilla and Little Timmy! (Timothy)
They've made this langkawi trip one to really remember. Oh yeah, btw my cousin sister Priscilla, she's.. Form 2 this year if converted to Malaysian schools, buttt... her syllabus is somewhere in between SPM and A-Levels.. that's like darn smart for a 14 year old. *hats off* Anyway Timmy is just.. Timmy! Loves to sing. He's always singing Stellar Kart's Activate.. Screamo edition. Yah he loves to scream/sing too. Bright future in the emo world son.. Auntie Kwi Ching has just been such a blessing.. her faith is like this fountain overflowing.. and it just amazes me and reminds me of how great God is =) Uncle John's not too different either.. they live such Christ-orientated lives. Life's always so easy going and filled with joy, bearing in mind that He'll settle and overcome all of it!
This is Timmy. Timmy loves to play games. Timmy is playing bounce right now on his daddy's handphone. Least he found a way to kill his free time. Current price of chivas : 55.00 per bottle 18 yr old. So away from LCC KLIA and helooo langkawi!
Lodging provided by : Berjaya Beach and Spa Resort Langkawi. Facilities are relatively okay but they cost like 300 a night. And the price increases as the distance to the beach decreases. Therefore, the price is inversely proportional to the distance of the beach. Plotting a $ x 1/d graph.Kesan pokok hijau. Green tree effect. Oh surprisingly there were monkeys near the chalets we were living in. Didn't get pics of them though, you see I'm still rather slow with the camera. Didn't do much on the first day.. but the next day was not so much bumming. Lots of travelling. Wait till you see our ride..
Cheezlangkawishuffle - Day 2
Still down with sore throat and all.. Might I introduce you to the most economical breakfast yet!So who's the younger one? XP Just so you know I suffer from an anti-aging-syndrome thanks to baby fat =) I thank God for our ride.. you'd do the same too after sitting in one of these..
I present the Nissan.. Serena! Right? Serena right? Sorry my memory for comfort cars are not much as compared to those sleek cars out there. So we had to go a distance of like from Bandar Utama to... almost Port Dickson I think. Ya that's how far you'd have to travel if you live in Berjaya cuz Kuah Town's like the other side of the earth.. ARGH. I'm sorry to those looking forward to an organised post. I'll have to continue with another post cuz blogger won't allow me to write, post pics RIGHT where i want it to be, and write again. Keep an eye on the next post..

HILLSONGS UNITED LIVE @ SIB KL!
As promised. Tonight. We come before His throne with one sole purpose. It is the assembly of young souls heeding His calling. Tonight we are one, as we lift our praises and worship Him with the fullest of all our hearts. HILLSONGS UNITED LIVE SOUTH-EAST ASIA TOUR - MALAYSIA @ SIB KL!
24/11/06 - A night to remember. SIB KL was the place to be. It was only 7:15 p.m. as I was still in search of parking. We got lost in the midst of doing so. That Eastin Hotel area was pretty misleading. Eventually found our way which led to this insane neverending fleet of stairs. It was a biological traffic jam with several walks of life - kids, teens, adults, infants too! The pictures should tell the story of the massive SIB KL. As for United Live, *quotes* No video or audio recording is allowed during the worship service. darn. so you should get the picture - no band pics. no videos of their songs. just us and God.
Hillsong United Live 2006 Tickets!
Told you no audio or video recording during the service right..
Massive.
It was all over then..
Denise! and.. yun there! in the background on his phone!
Denise again =.= finally my pic =P
Sleek CLK parked behind my hot waja
That was it for their trip down to Malaysia this time as it was for ours this time to SIB KL. They promised a bigger and better encounter. We're praying for it. It was an impacting experience. Joel Houston : "We're just regular people playing music." One night. One purpose. One God. All glory to God!
PS: Like to give a shoutout to my lovely Canon Powershot A430.. couldn't have all these without you. Oh and the lead guitarist that night was Tim.. or something like that.. chatted with him but my senses were failing me.. resulted in communication breakdown.

Eyes.
Physics test at 1400 hrs - 14/9/06.
Once again I'm striving to focus and gather all my energy to give it all onto my revision. This has probably been the 8436512350093625279490561th time that I attempted to do so and probably failed.
SO. I decided to ask my dad. He's an engineer (why not? Physics A - engineers' pre-requisite) but then my 2nd thoughts clouded my thoughts. *hmm.. what if I get another cheong-hei n winded speech winded like genting highlands liddat..* Nevertheless it was do or die, so 'erm.. '
*Father doesn't even need any sense to know I'm down to ask a question*
"So. Lemme see. What question.." *scans through paper*
'pa wanted to ask you ah..' "which one?" '.. about angular force..'
*Hesitated conversation evolves into our usual debate*
- the debate just comes naturally upon disagreement cuz I just wanna get over with my question and move on, whereas pa always wants to depart more knowledge over to me.. regardless of the question and sometimes regardless of time consumption..
Anyway, fast forward to where I learnt something. I solved my physics questions with his help of course =) got everything done. Then, while I was studying, he came back and started... not paraphrasing but rather emphasizing on the importance of understanding physics.. and the benefits of getting a good lecturer.. and more philosophies..
Through his eyes (as well as his facial expressions), I saw such enthusiasm, passion and the interest as he allows his insight and past experiences to overflow. Sometimes we tend to neglect certain people, be it our family, our relatives, even our friends. Taking things for granted will cause us to be taken for granted as well I believe. I conclude - through the eyes of one, we can see the distinguishable uniqueness of one that could remain a part of our memory.
Thanks pa. =)
